AgentAct is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to interact with artificial intelligence by submitting text, audio, and/or image inputs and receiving AI-generated responses.

The App uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, to process user inputs and generate outputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Content

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses:

• Are produced automatically

• Do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice

5. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and processed.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• The availability or reliability of third-party services
• The accuracy or outputs generated by third-party AI models
