How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account directly from within the AgentAct mobile application. Follow these steps:

Open the AgentAct App

Launch the AgentAct AI application on your mobile device.

Navigate to Account Settings

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner, then select "My Account" from the drawer.

Request Data Deletion

Scroll down to the Actions section and tap "Delete My Data".

Confirm Your Request

Read the confirmation dialog carefully and type "DELETE" (in capital letters) to confirm your request.

Account Deactivation

Your account will be immediately deactivated, and you will be logged out of the application.

Grace Period

You have 30 days to cancel your deletion request by simply logging back into your account. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems after the 30-day grace period:

Personal Information

  • Email address and authentication credentials
  • User profile information
  • Account preferences and settings

User-Generated Content

  • All acts and task objectives you created
  • Execution plans and strategies
  • Chat history and conversation logs
  • User selections and preferences
  • Observation records and outcomes

Usage Data

  • Activity logs and timestamps
  • Feature usage analytics
  • Session information

Data Retention Timeline

Understanding when your data will be deleted:

Legal Retention Requirements

Certain data, such as financial transaction records, must be retained for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. These records are kept for up to 7 years as required by applicable law, but will be anonymized where possible.

Some data must be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes:

Financial and Legal Records

Transaction history, payment records, and invoices must be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax laws and financial regulations.

Aggregated Analytics

Anonymized and aggregated data used for product improvements and analytics may be retained indefinitely. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Fraud Prevention

Records necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents may be retained as required by law and legitimate security interests.

Legal Obligations

Data subject to legal holds, court orders, or other legal processes will be retained as legally required.

Cancelling Your Deletion Request

Changed your mind? You can cancel your account deletion request within 30 days:

Log Back Into AgentAct

Open the app and sign in with your existing credentials.

Account Automatically Reactivated

Your deletion request will be automatically cancelled, and your account will be fully restored.

After 30 Days

Once the 30-day grace period has passed, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use AgentAct again.
